Needle loom

The MAGEBA weaving program comprises economical and customer oriented narrow fabric needle looms and shuttle looms for light, elastic and rigid tapes, tubular fabrics and belts. According to the applications and requirements the narrow fabric needle looms are available with shafts, excenter or jacquard mechanism. The reliable and highly productive narrow fabric needle looms type MN allow for very economic manufacture of standard applications like satin tapes, elastic bra tapes and belts. The bespoke models of the narrow fabric needle looms type SFX can be easily equipped with various accessories for special applications such as - electronic report control or multiple weft feed-in for curtain tapes and multilayer fabrics. - double needle systems for elastic fabrics - lancette needle systems for hook and mushroom head tapes With the single station and multi station shuttle looms flat fabrics with woven edges and seamless tubular fabrics can be produced. The shuttle loom technology allows the manufacture of innovative products like complex multilayer fabrics or 3D fabrics who find their application e. g. in the aviation and automotive industry and in the medical technology. According to the complexity of the required fabric structure up to 8 shuttles per tape are available.
